Natural Grocers has become one of my favorite stops whenever I'm in Grand Forks. If you're following a gluten-free lifestyle, this store is a game changer. The selection is incredible, with dedicated gluten-free products throughout the store, making it easy to find everything from breads, wraps, and pastas to snacks, baking ingredients, frozen meals, and specialty treats. What I appreciate most is that gluten-free products aren't treated as an afterthought. The store carries a wide variety of trusted brands and offers choices that are often difficult to find elsewhere. The shelves are well organized, clearly labeled, and stocked with options for people with food sensitivities and dietary restrictions. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to help locate products or suggest alternatives. Beyond the gluten-free selection, the store offers high-quality organic produce, supplements, and natural foods, making it a great one-stop shop for healthier eating. Whether you're gluten-free due to celiac disease, gluten sensitivity, or personal preference, Natural Grocers in Grand Forks is well worth a visit. I bought the best ground beef there I have ever tried. It was Thousand Hills and the 90/10 and it cooked perfect looked just like how meat should be. I dont trust the meat anywhere else but here and feel comfortable eating. The staff are always super sweet and helpful. Love that they support Indie brands and they care about what they sell in their stores.

I’ve been shopping here for six years and it’s been a lifesaver for me. The only issue I have now is they are removing trusted brands and replacing them with store brands which include allergens. There are so many new brands that could live side by side and provide choices but NG is removing options. They’ve really cut down on selection in the allergen free areas so I’m going to have to resort to ordering online.

Best kept secret in Grand Forks. If you want organic or healthier food choices, then this is the place to go. Forget the box stores, the variety and quality of the products is worth the extra money. You'll find some of the same brand names as everywhere else, but you'll also find some new favorites. Where else will you find, ground elk, ground version and yes even ground yak here. Haven't tried the yak, but the elk is a great protein. Store is clean, easy to get around, a lot less crowded, and you get real customer service. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Stop and give them a try. UPDATE: Been looking for odd spices in GF and found them here. Great prices too. They run specials all the time and always fun to see what they have. AUG 17th, Happy Birthday! Great products and customer service.
